Tonite I….made Hoisin Turkey Burgers

1.8lb Ground Turkey Mince
2 tsp Hoisin Sauce
2 Spring Onions/Scallions sliced finely
1inch knob of Ginger grated
4 Sesame Burger Buns

1. Empty Turkey, Hoisin sauce, Scallions & Ginger into a bowl & mix.

2. Empty bowl onto chopping board, separate into 4 equal balls.

3. Flatten balls into patties.

4. Place on griddle pan & cook until cooked through.

5. Place in burger bun & serve.
